Payment Instructions
for In-Person Events
Do I pay at the time of application? No. Wait until Beth contacts you to schedule your chat. After the chat, once accepted, you'll then submit payment.
What are my payment options? Here are the payment methods we accept.
1. Electronic Check - secure bank transfer.
2. Paper Check or Money Order (US Funds)

Don't you take credit card? Although we take credit card for our online programs & store purchases, we do not take credit card for in-person events at this time. We know you may prefer to pay this way, and we are indeed sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, payment processors have recently made changes resulting in excessive fees that we cannot accommodate in our exceedingly limited budget. In addition, payment processing companies have been unwilling to honor our policies & have subjected Scor! to untenable losses in recent years. The good news is that not taking credit cards for in-person events results in the lowest possible prices for you.
How long do I have to pay? After your meeting with Beth, once you have been accepted, your payment must be attended to within 3 days.
Can I apply now but wait to pay until I'm sure I can come? After you've met with Beth and been accepted, you'll need to submit your payment (or first payment with the installment plan) within 3 days. So, you'll need to be prepared and ready to begin paying soon after you apply, as you'll need to pay within 1-2 weeks. If you're not ready to pay, then please wait to apply until you are ready to pay.
What if I need to spread out my payments? We offer an installment plan. If you are participating in this plan, then you must be ready to pay your first payment by 3 days after of your acceptance. Can I use my credit from my cancellation when I apply? If you have a credit from a recently cancelled Scor! event, you can opt to use it for another event the same year or the following year. For more info on credits, please see our Credits Page HERE.
We offer a few different payment methods. Some of you have asked what method Scor! prefers. Electronic Check (E-Check) is our preferred method of payment (smallest fees and quickest turn around) with mailed checks being our second choice. However, feel free to choose whichever one works best for you.
Important: You must apply before submitting payment. (Please see our Application Process Page HERE.) No payment is due at time of application. Payment will be due after your chat with Beth & acceptance. Be sure to click "Submit" at the end of the application form, or your info isn't saved or submitted!
ONLINE:
E-Check (bank transfer): After your acceptance, we will send you our secure E-Check Authorization Form to complete & electronically sign (it's easy!). We will then process the funds transfer from your bank & you're all set.
E-Check Instructions:
1) Fill out the event application. (No payment is due at time of application.)
2) Be sure to click "SUBMIT" at the end.
3) Wait to hear from Beth to schedule your chat (1-3 days), and receive your acceptance.
4) Upon acceptance, you'll receive an E-Check Authorization Form. (It will come as an email from us via DocuSign with a secure link to the document.)
4) Complete your E-Check Authorization Form.
Installment Plan: Split up your balance into 3-4 easy payments. Payments will be scheduled about once a month, and will be paid in full by 1 month prior to the event.
Your payments will be evenly divided through the remaining months leading up to the event. (If 4 months remain, then 4 payments. If 3 months remain, then 3 payments, etc.) These easy monthly payments will be automatically debited from you bank account. (Custom installment plans may also be created in consultation with Beth.)

Check or Money Order: Fill out the event application. After chatting with Beth & receiving your acceptance, make check payable to 'Scor!' (US funds, please). Mail payment within 3 days of receiving your acceptance.

Wire Transfer (Outside US):
If you're located outside the US, you'll need to pay by wire transfer. You'll receive instructions after your acceptance.
Have a Credit from a Cancellation?
If you've cancelled your attendance at a recent Scor! Camp, you may have a credit. We will manually apply your credit to your new balance after your chat with Beth. Please feel free to remind us to look up your credit to make sure it is properly applied. See more info about credits HERE.
FlexNote:
If you have a FlexNote investment with Symerge, you can convert a minimum of $500 from your FlexNote account, if applicable. Start by selecting "FlexNote" as your method of payment on the application.
Upon acceptance, you'll complete and submit a FlexNote conversion form, designating the amount applied towards your balance due. Contact us with further questions.
