Scor! Strings

It's easy to attend Scor! with our Installment Plan! This splits up your payments, and makes your finances easier to manage so you can come!

How does it work? Split up your balance into 3-4 easy payments. Payments will be scheduled about once a month, and will be paid in full by 1 month prior to the event. 

Your payments will be evenly divided through the remaining months leading up to the event. (If 4 months remain, then 4 payments. If 3 months remain, then 3 payments, etc.) These easy monthly payments  will be automatically debited from you bank account. 

What payment methods can be used? The installment plan is done only through e-check (secure bank transfer).

What does it cost? There's a one-time $25 administrative charge to set up your installment plan. Once it's been set up, it's hands off, and you don't have to manage or remember anything else!

When will my payments be charged? The first payment will take place right after you've applied, chatted with Beth, & been accepted. You will receive a schedule of remaining payments. The remaining payments will take place monthly following that. If you arranged a custom payment plan with Beth, then the payments will be scheduled according to the agreed plan.

Can I use the installment plan anytime? Yes. Beth will work with you to find a payment plan schedule that works for you, as long as all payments are completed 2-4 weeks prior to your event.

What if I can't attend Scor!?

If you are participating in a Scor! installment plan and you cancel your registration, you may retain a Scor! credit if you complete the installment plan in full. This means  you can use your Scor! credit for other events this year or next year, or our other offerings. However, if you cease making your installment payments, you will not be granted account credit for future Scor! programs.  For more details, please see the Scor! Cancellation Policy.

Sign Me Up! ...here's how: 

1) Apply for a Scor! Event. Select "Installment Plan" among the options presented.

2) After your application, chat, & acceptance, Beth will send you a payment form to fill out, & you'll make your first payment of the balance by e-check.

3) Once the first payment has cleared, you'll get a confirmation email which will also describe your plan details including the quantity, amount, and date of the remaining payments that will be debited from your account.

4) Relax! The remaining easy monthly payments will be automatically debited from your bank account. You don't need to do a thing more--except look forward to coming to Scor!
