Glad to hear you're actively involved in learning & making music! Your Scor! Strings membership picks up where private lesson teachers and ensemble directors leave off. It's impossible to communicate all the intricate details of string playing all at once in any context, like lessons or ensemble. We teach topically and address many common struggles & issues that adult players run into in various playing settings. Many Scor! participants have told us that we fill in the gaps in their knowledge & technique, and that we explain things in a way that makes things click. Your membership is designed to accompany, harmonize, and augment your lesson and ensemble experience.

You can always cancel your membership (inside your own dashboard or by request). Once you cancel, your access to the membership benefits will terminate at the end of your payment period. (If you paid annually, you will lose access at the end of the 1-year period. If you paid monthly, you will lose access at the end of the monthly period.) At this point, you would no longer be charged an ongoing fee.

No, but upon cancellation, we will simply stop all upcoming ongoing fees for your membership. Your membership payments are purchasing access for a period of time. We can't give you money back for access you had purchased, even if you didn't take advantage of it. Therefore, you will not receive a refund for previous membership payments that you've made, but we will make sure there will be no upcoming payments.
