How will I know when the class is taking place?
It will be listed at the top of this page! We will also announce the schedule beforehand over email, and will email a day-of reminder to everyone.

What if the time doesn't work for me?
Although we welcome you to participate live, we will record each class so you can always watch them later at your convenience. (They are all waiting for you in the Treasure Chest!)

What if the internet goes out?
If we lose the connection, just hang tight. It may start working in a few minutes. If it does not, we will reset the class & send you a new link via email. If we encounter technical problems, we'll keep the class going for a little longer to make up the time.

How can I find the handouts for the class in advance?
From our website (www.ScorStrings.com) go to My Dashboard on the upper right. (If it doesn't say My Dashboard, but says Sign In, then go ahead and do that, then it will say My Dashboard.) Under my courses, click on the Treasure Chest. On the left, click on the heading "Live Class" & choose the current class. Scroll below "CLICK HERE FOR LIVE CLASS". This is where the handouts are displayed. There may be one or more than one. Click on a handout. If you want to download it, click on the box with the down arrow on the upper right. Then, you can print it if you want. We suggest doing this before the class begins.

Where can I find recordings of the classes?
In the Treasure Chest! From here, go to the website header at the top and click on My Dashboard (top right). Click on the Treasure Chest, and you'll find recordings of every class!
