    You probably have a credit if you registered for a camp that was cancelled and did not donate your registration. We are happy to look that up for you. Simply email us through the button below. (We don't have a system by which you can look that up yourself.)

    You can use your credit to sign up for one of our online interactive courses, being offered at intervals throughout the year.     Yes! You can still use your credit to sign up for a course even after the course has begun. After signing up, you'll get access to the course, and also access to any recordings of live classes that have already taken place, so you can always catch up or go at your own pace.

  • Can I use my credit for a Scor! Strings Membership?

    No, unfortunately, because memberships are ongoing, and we don't have a system by which we can apply the amount of your credit to a recurring subscription payment. However, you can use your credit toward one of our online courses, which are offered at intervals throughout the year!

  • How long does my credit last?

    Through December 31, 2022.

  • Are you keeping track of my credit?

    Yes. We have records of everyone's credits.

  • Are there any other options to use my credit?

    Besides signing up for our online courses or waiting to use your credit at an in-person event in the summer of 2022, the other option is to convert your credit into a donation and receive a tax deductible receipt.

  • What if I want to use my credit for an in-person event?

    Our next in-person events are planned for June-August of 2022. We will be announcing dates and locations in the winter of 2022. You'll have to wait until spring of 2022 to sign up and apply your credit. If the dates and locations don't work out for you, you'll still have plenty of time to decide to use your credit in our ongoing online programs.

  • How does my credit work?

    Your credit is a dollar amount based on how much you paid for your Scor! Camp that you didn't get to use. You'll be able to apply this dollar amount or a portion of it toward an online course or an in-person event in the summer of 2022. (A credit with Scor! is much like store credit... you can purchase something in the store with the dollar amount of your credit.)

  • Can I donate my credit?

    If you wish, you can convert your credit into a tax-deductible charitable donation at any time as many have already done. You can choose to do this anytime through the end of 2022. Just email us to let us know. (Symerge is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt public charity formed for the purposes of the public benefit.)

We have a record of your credit. Your credit is available through December 31, 2022, so there’s still time to use your credit. Here are 3 things you can do...

  • Participate in an Online Instructional Course: Our enriching and engaging online courses are designed from the ground up to bring you value and growth in an online format. You can now apply your credit to our first online course, "Play Expressively." (You may also apply it to any other online course we offer through December of 2022.)

  • Attend an In-Person Scor! Event: In-person Scor! events are being planned for June-August of 2022. (Exact dates and locations will be announced in the winter of 2022.) You can use your credit toward your attendance of one of these events.

  • Donate it for a Tax Deduction: If you wish, you can convert your credit into a tax-deductible charitable donation at any time as many have already done.
